Bryn’s practice is focused primarily on matrimonial issues. He works with his clients on a wide range of issues including:
- Drafting agreements (marriage, cohabitation and separation)
- Child custody, guardianship, and access
- Child support and spousal support
- Property division
- Adoption; and
- Divorce
While many matters can be settled through negotiation, some matters require the involvement of our court system. Bryn has appeared in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia as well as taking part in administrative proceedings.
