Don MacKinnon joined the firm as an associate in 2010. He is a native of Coquitlam. Don obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington. He completed his final year of law at the University of Victoria and was accredited by the National Committee of Accreditation in 2009.
Don’s practice focuses primarily on business and corporate matters, ranging from shareholder agreements to corporate restructuring. He has worked and acted for clients in a variety of matters including contractual disputes, construction law, secured transactions, commercial conveyance, commercial agreements, and the formation and operation of businesses.
