Brent Stickland is the firm's managing partner and a business lawyer who has represented business and professional clients since 1990 in the areas of corporate, commercial, real estate and banking law.
Brent's corporate practice focuses on the acquisition and sale of businesses including both share and asset transfers, amalgamations, corporate reorganizations and tax planning, shareholders' and partnership agreements. He also has extensive experience in buying and selling professional practices for doctors, dentists and veterinarians.
Brent's real estate practice focuses on the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties, commercial leasing, property development including subdivision and stratification, and joint ventures.
Brent advises clients on all aspects of Banking Law including acting for Canadian Chartered Banks, Trust Companies, Credit Unions and other financial and lending institutions in the preparation of commercial and residential loan security.
