Jeffory Borkowski joined the firm as an associate in 1999. His practice areas include business law, real estate law and estate planning. Jeff advises clients on an array of business law issues, including corporate governance and structure, acquisitions and sales, shareholders' agreements, contracts and corporate finance. His focus is on owner managed businesses throughout the lower mainland. He also assists clients in commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, mortgage financing and leases. Jeff 's estate planning practice includes the preparation of wills and trusts, powers of attorney and representation agreements.
In May 2008, Jeff relocated his practice to the firm's new South Surrey office at Rodeo Square.
