Rob was born and raised in Vancouver, attending Magee High School and U.B.C. His practice has focused on civil litigation including personal injury claims, insurance litigation, commercial litigation, and maritime law. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia as well as in the Federal Court of Canada.
Rob is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Trial Lawyer’s Association of B.C. He has served as the Chairman of the Maritime Law sub-section of the B.C. branch of the Canadian Bar Association and was one of the original co-authors of the original edition of the British Columbia Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Practice Manual.
Rob resides in West Vancouver and enjoys music, boats and boat building. He is married and has two children.
