Tara Britnell is a senior commercial litigator. Her practice focuses on estate litigation, employment law and civil and commercial litigation.

Tara's litigation experience includes estate disputes, securities matters, real estate disputes, media law, defamation, insurance defence and all manner of contractual disputes. She has appeared as counsel in complex commercial litigation, including products liability matters involving asbestos related claims.
