Allan W. Watchorn

Biography

Allan Watchorn joined Hamilton Duncan in 2012. Allan has practiced as a trial lawyer primarily in the areas of personal injury and estate litigation. In addition, he has considerable experience conducting complex commercial litigation, appearing before administrative tribunals, and appearing for the defence, as well as ad hoc prosecution, in criminal matters.

Allan is experienced in the mediation of disputes and he practices in the Provincial Court, the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia. He has also appeared in the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.

Allan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 1968. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia in 1971, practicing law in British Columbia since 1972.
