Biography
Anisha engages with clients in the area of general litigation. She has participated in cases that have appeared before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Anisha completed her articles with a law firm in the Fraser Valley before joining Hamilton Duncan as an Associate in 2021. Leveraging her interactions and past experiences with clients in multiple practice areas, she excels at providing strategic legal advice that serves the client’s objective.
Anisha consistently explores opportunities to challenge herself and sharpen her legal skill set. While completing her law degree at Thompson Rivers University, she participated as an oralist for the Donald G.H Bowman National Tax Moot and led the 2019 Law Student Conference. She has a keen interest in developing leadership and oral advocacy skills while engaging with complex and topical legal issues.
Anisha is fluent in English, French, and Punjabi. In her spare time, she enjoys hot yoga, trying healthy recipes, painting, and travelling.
