Brian Man

Biography

Brian is a solicitor with Hamilton Duncan.  He practises in the areas of corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, and real estate development.

His corporate and commercial practice includes advising clients on joint ventures, partnerships, purchase and sale of business, leasing, debt financing, incorporations and amalgamations, and corporate governance.

In estate matters, Brian works with individuals in their roles as executors and trustees in estate administration, preparing wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements and all manner of trust agreements.

Brian advises on real estate development matters from beginning to end, from land assembly and subdivision to preparing disclosure statements and ultimately conveyance of strata lots.

Brian previously practice in the Tri-Cities area in a general practice which in addition to solicitor matters, included commercial and estate litigation, appearing at all levels of court.  Now dedicated solely to a solicitors practice, Brian appreciates his clients’ priorities and aims to provide practical and efficient legal advice in a plainspoken, approachable manner.
