Donald Souch has practiced law in British Columbia since 1974. His practice is focused on corporate/commercial/business law, wills, estates, trusts and real estate.
Don‘s lengthy experience in business law includes business mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchases, amalgamations, corporate reorganizations and a variety of other corporate and commercial matters.
His practice also encompasses real estate transactions, drafting Wills, Trust Deeds and other estate planning documents, the probate of Wills and administration of trusts and estates.
Don has acted as corporate counsel for a British Columbia incorporated property and casualty insurer since 1998 and has served on its board of directors since 2005.
In 1990, Don was appointed as a part-time member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal and served until 1994. In his earlier years of practice, Don also did litigation work in addition to maintaining a solicitors practice including acting as an agent for the federal crown in Delta from 1984 to 1994.
Over the years, Don has been involved in many community, service and sports activities and organizations in Delta, B.C. including a term as President of the Delta Chamber of Commerce.
