Described as a tenacious lawyer with a lot of spunk, Noushin was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Laws (Juris Doctor) from the University of Southampton Law School in England after achieving her Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours, double majoring in Law and Society and Sociology, from York University.
Prior to joining Hamilton Duncan Armstrong + Stewart Law Corporation, Noushin practiced as both a Plaintiff personal injury lawyer and a Defence personal injury lawyer in both Ontario and British Columbia. Currently, Noushin advocates for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in complex litigation and personal injury matters at all levels of court.
Prior to attending law school, Noushin started her legal career by obtaining her diploma in Court and Tribunal Administration from Seneca College; working as a Court Clerk at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Office, in Toronto; and, working as a Law Clerk for some of Toronto’s top insurance defence firms for nearly a decade.
Noushin is a travel fanatic. She has travelled to Hawaii, Greece (including a cruise to some of the islands), England, Germany, Spain, Italy, Wales, France, Netherlands, Israel, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Las Vegas, California, Chicago, and Costa Rica thus far. She is also a bit of a thrill-seeker and has done ziplining on various occasions around the world and climbed/hiked up approximately 4,000 steps in Hawaii.
Noushin was born in Iran but raised in Toronto since childhood. She has also lived in Turkey and England in addition to a few Provinces in Canada.
During her spare time, Noushin loves to go for long walks along the seawall or anywhere that is in nature or by the beach, hike up a trail or just sit by the beach and enjoy the sunset. She loves horses; hence, she enjoys and cherishes the occasional horseback riding. Noushin is also a dedicated advocate for the human rights of the Baha’is of Iran.
