Legal Administrative Assistant/Junior Paralegal – Corporate

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Corporate LAA or Junior Paralegal to join our well established team!


  • General corporate duties including:
    • Receiving information, drafting resolutions, reporting, scanning, filing in the corporate records book and virtual minute books
    • Incorporations and organization of BC and Federal companies
    • Share structure and article alterations o Redemptions/Retractions/Repurchases
    • Restorations, dissolutions, change of name, proprietorship registration
    • Share issuance and share transfer/repurchase (including share purchase agreements)
    • Dividend, director and officer change
    • Extra-provincial registrations
    • Share and asset purchases including due diligence
    • Amalgamations
    • Alf maintenance


  • Administrative duties including:
    • Opening and closing files
    • Monthly billing for lawyers
    • Lawyer expenses


  • Legal Administrative certification from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Corporate
  • Excellent word processing skills (MS Word)
  • Proactive work style
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
